The Bluegrass Region Adventure Passageway (BRAP) is a 600-mile adventure motorcycle route that connects the Southern Ohio Adventure Loop (SOAL) in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway (DBBB) in Frenchburg, Kentucky. Consisting of mostly gravel and secondary paved roads, the BRAP is intended as a motorcycle tour of northeastern Kentucky, via public roadways. Along with exploring forgotten rural byways, the BRAP passes numerous historic landmarks, including iron furnaces and covered bridges. For long-distance travelers, the BRAP also connects the Great Ohio Adventure Trail (GOAT) with the Kentucky Adventure Tour (KAT), allowing Adventure travelers to cover almost 3000 miles of Appalachian backcountry.
